Air Travel Discounts

American Airlines is offering discounts to Campus Technology 2007 attendees for air travel to the Washington D.C. area (BWI, DCA, or IAD airports) between July 27 and August 5, 2007. Transportation To & From Hotel

The hotel is closest to Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA). Other airports within driving distance include Dulles International (IAD) and Baltimore-Washington International (BWI). Transportation will need to be arranged by shuttle, taxi, rental car or WMATA.

Super Shuttle offers transportation to and from all three airports. Reservations can be conveniently made online or by calling 1-800-BLUEVAN. Estimated one-way shuttle fare from Reagan is $13, from Dulles is $26, and from Baltimore-Washington is $32.

Estimated one-way taxi fare from Reagan is $18.00, from Dulles is $50, and from Baltimore-Washington is $65.

Limousine service is also available to and from all airports through Mahogany Limousine: 202-592-1777. One-way fare from Reagan ranges from $35.00 to $55.00, from Dulles is $55 to $70, and from Baltimore-Washington is $65 to $80.

WMATA (Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority)/SUBWAY/METRORAIL can also be used. The hotel stop is Gallery Place-Chinatown station (Green, Yellow, Red lines). Fares are approximately $1.35 base with a maximum fare of $3.25. Visit WMATA website for more info.

Weather and Dress

Summer in Washington, DC reaches an average high of 89°F and an average low of 68°F. Moderate humidity is common. Dress for the conference is business casual.
