Campus Technology 2007: Roadmap to IT Leadership

Student Volunteers

Campus Technology Student Volunteer Guidelines

Volunteer positions are open to regular full-time undergraduate college students with an interest in technology and higher education. Proof of undergraduate status is required and will be verified before being accepted as a volunteer. Anyone employed in higher education is not eligible to volunteer in order to receive complimentary conference admission to Campus Technology. Volunteer opportunities are restricted to students only.

Volunteers must be available the day before the conference starts (July 29, 2007) to assist in stuffing conference bags. In addition, volunteers are required to volunteer for the duration of the event. Volunteers generally serve as room monitors and are able to attend sessions that interest them. They assist the presenter when needed and collect and distribute session evaluations. In addition they will assist staff where needed. In exchange, volunteers receive most of the benefits of conference attendees such as meals, conference bags, access to the exhibit hall, etc.

If you’re interested in volunteering or would like more information, please e-mail us at conferences@campustechnology.com.
